Nature is a storehouse of miracles which are in the form of natural products such as the various extracts from fruits and vegetables. LEMON

Lemon has become a wonder fruit. The juice of the lemon is a must for a healthy scalp skin of the head. The lemon extract is used as an essential ingredient in many shampoos and skin creams. Apart from curing dandruff it also help to reduce melanin content in the skin and whiten it.

ROSE WATER

This is obtained from roses of course and is an excellent accessory ingredient to be used with your face pack. It re-moisturizes the skin and helps restore its vitality. Rose water can also be used directly to rejuvenate the skin and cleanse it.

SPINACH

Spinach is full of essential proteins and minerals which help make the skin cells gain more strength and stand up against foreign attack such as acne, disposition and other types of blemishes.

CUCUMBER

This is one of the immense water bearing fruits. The moisture content in the fruit is very effective against mitigating the effect of dark circles under the eyes. Peel grate and squeeze out the juice of the cucumber, mix it with rose water or even glycerin and then apply it on the face for 10-15minutes. The mixture forms a mask over the face and is effective in curing skin burns.

EGGS

These are abundant in protein content and thus a multiple purposes of maintaining the health of the skin and the hair on the body. A paste can be created by mixing the egg content with oil and honey. This may applied on the face for a few minutes and then peeled off. The facial hair stays in perfect shape.

APPLES AND GRAPES

These fruit products are excellent for maintaining the glow and the apt moisture content of the skin, especially grape juice. An apple a day is really effective for having a healthy skin too. Green apple contents can keep away the oily shine of the face.
